I love Hungry howies the Salads are great I seen a young lady maybe by the name of (Jordan or Journey) she makes it just the right amount of everything she is so beautiful and helpful with the menu Definitely recommend her to make your salad

I had an issue with an app online order the manager called after the review I left on the app. He did everything he could to make my issue right proving great customer service. Thank for fixing my issue I will definitely return in the future.

Made super fast. Was ready for pickup when we got there. Loved the pizza a lot.

Update on my Review, I did not have the best experience with a online order I placed for May 31st, so I called in and after that call it was clear my needs were not going to be addressed, however on June 3rd I received a call from a manager I had spoken with prior about my experience and I’ll be honest, I didn’t know what to expect. But what happened next was completely unexpected in the best possible way! Chris began the conversation by acknowledging the frustration I must have felt and sincerely apologized for the poor quality of the food I received and how my concern was handled prior. He then did something that really stood out, he took full responsibility, no excuses, and expressed genuine remorse. He openly shared that he had just returned from the hospital after facing a serious health scare and that the store had been trying to do their best while he was out. But instead of using that as a reason to dismiss my concern, Chris made it clear that it wasn't my problem to bear and that my experience as a customer still mattered deeply. What truly impressed me was that Chris put all of his personal stress and challenges aside and even the disagreement we had prior, and stepped up to make things right. He spoke with humility, professionalism, and empathy. He explained that he was working on turning things around at the store, that changes were already being made, and that my feedback would be used constructively, not ignored. He offered a full refund for my order without hesitation and went out of his way to offer a reorder to restore my confidence. Chris’s willingness to own the issue, apologize sincerely, and provide transparency about what had been happening behind the scenes completely shifted my perspective. It’s rare to encounter that kind of honesty and leadership. I appreciated him taking the time to call me directly, especially when he clearly had a lot on his plate. He made me feel heard and respected, and that meant a lot. This experience turned out to be a powerful reminder that true customer service isn’t about being perfect, it’s about accountability, humanity, and the willingness to make things right. This was my first time ordering from Hungry Howie's, and I am truly impressed for two reasons. First, the pizza is absolutely delicious—full of flavor and cooked to order. Second, the delivery driver, Luis, was very friendly, but that’s not the main reason I’m writing this review. Unfortunately, Luis forgot my two-liter Mountain Dew, and I had just shrugged it off thinking it was no big deal. I told him that next time he’s in the area, he could drop it off. To my surprise, as I was on my third slice of pizza, the doorbell rang. It was Luis, coming back to deliver my Mountain Dew! I was stunned that he actually cared enough to go out of his way to bring it to me. That level of customer service is rare, and I truly appreciated it. To sum up, I am extremely happy with both the food and the service. Thank you, Luis, and thank you, Hungry Howie's!

Went in tonight and ordered some pizzas and the guy who helped us was absolutely incredible. He was running the whole show with a smile on his face! I didn’t get his name but my receipt says “Kenny m”

We love Hungry Howies. Usually don't have a problem, so we decided to order tonight. Well, pizza was under cooked, not cut, and half the pizza was folded over on itself. Called back and talked to the woman who took our order. Very nice lady. Told her what happened. Well she refunded us our money and apologized. Said they were under new management and new everything else. Asked if we could be patient for a couple of weeks while they are going through this. Absolutely we will order again!!!! Everybody has a rough day!!!! We totally understand and weren't mad about it. Thank you again for what you did for us!!! See you in about a month.
